Chef Pete is a graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America. His formal training is in classical French cooking and his love for Italian food stems from growing up with his mom’s family Sunday dinners. He has been a Chef at numerous restaurants and hotels in Chicago, Vail-Beaver Creek, San Diego and New York City and the Executive Chef at Café La Luc in Carol Gardens, Brooklyn. Since 2014 he has been providing his customers with cooking classes, fine dining events and cocktail parties. In 2016 he expanded his business to include Meals for You, bringing dinner to his customers’ doorsteps during the week.
